Excellent shot. Looks like a Ristretto. I’m impressed. How much coffee did you use? It must really be the grinder. I have a Gaggia Coffee and Rocky Rancilio, but I can’t get mine to go blond slower as yours.

For the videos I’m using various Italian espresso blends with a minimum of 20% Robusta percentage, but the key is a professional espresso grinder. I’m grinding with an old Gaggia bar grinder (same as a Mazzer Mini).

i have a question about another one of your videos you made..the turmix video.. i was wondering. are you using a specific roast? or a certain bean? because i have tried to get the same results(thick espresso with alot of crema) from my turmix tx10 vapore plus machine and i can’t.. i get better results from a cheap new espresso machine. maybe something is wrong with my machine? when its running it sounds just like the one in the video. any suggestions? i would really appreciate it.
